JiranjikyoSoft spins off inside security division in preparation for going public on the KOSDAQ
In an extraordinary meeting of shareholders of Dec. 17th, JiranjikyoSoft announced to separate the in-company security division to launch a security-specialized company called ‘Jiranjikyo Security on Jan. 1st in 2014. Consequently, affiliation of 74 employees among total 180 became attached to the brand new company.
Jiranjikyo Security focuses on security field of email, mobile, and documents. Also, it lines up growth potential items such as ‘Mobile Keeper’, a Mobile Device Management, that increased profit by around 50% from the previous year
and current Cash Cow like ‘solution for junk mail filter’, ‘spam sniper’, ‘security server of web file’, and ‘office hard.’
Jiranjikyo Security aims at being listed on the KOSDAQ based on management efficiency and professional security business, a representative profit-making business of JiranjikyoSoft.
This separation is physical division and 100% of shares are owned by Jiranjikyo Soft.
With this separation as momentum, it possesses ‘Jiranjikyo Security’, a security specialized SW company, and ‘Jiranjikyo S&C’, a security specialized distribution company, as subsidiary companies.
Yoon Du-Shik, a current chief director of security division of Jiranjikyosoft, is appointed Chief Executive Officer of Jiranjikyo Security. He revealed strong ambition that he hopes to make this company healthy and long lasting under solid foundation.
