더존비즈온 관계자는 “연말정산 간소화 서비스 개시에 맞춰 실무자가 가장 필요로 하는 시점에 서비스를 출시했다”며 “기업 실무자의 업무 부담을 줄이는 데 기여할 것”이라고 말했다.

이번 서비스는 국세청 연말정산 간소화 서비스 개시에 맞춰 선보였으며, 법령·예규·판례 등 정확한 법적 근거와 데이터를 기반으로 사용자의 질의에 답변하는 세법 특화 AI 에이전트다.

ONE AI 세법도우미는 더존비즈온의 ONE AI를 사용하는 고객사가 별도 설치 없이 기존 업무 화면에서 바로 활용할 수 있으며, 연말정산 관련 법령 질의와 세무 자문 의견서 작성 등을 지원한다.

더존비즈온은 세법의 복잡한 구조를 입체적으로 이해하는 지식 그래프 탐색 기술 ‘NOVA(Node Oriented Vast Agents)’를 서비스에 적용했다고 설명했다. 해당 기술을 다룬 논문은 최근 한국인공지능서비스학회 최우수논문상을 수상했다.

회사는 연말정산을 시작으로 3월 법인세, 5월 종합소득세, 7월 부가가치세 신고 등 주요 세무 일정에 맞춰 서비스 활용 범위를 단계적으로 확대할 계획이다.

SEOUL, Jan. 15 (TechSuda ahnku Toh eyeball@techsuda.com) — Douzone said Wednesday it has officially launched “ONE AI Tax Assistant,” an artificial intelligence (AI) service designed to improve efficiency in tax-related tasks.

A company official said the service was released at a time when practitioners need it most, coinciding with the launch of the National Tax Service’s year-end tax settlement simplification service, adding that it is expected to help reduce the workload of corporate practitioners.

The service was introduced in line with the opening of the year-end tax settlement system and is a tax-specialized AI agent that provides answers to user queries based on accurate legal grounds and data, including tax laws, rulings, and court precedents.

ONE AI Tax Assistant can be used directly within existing work screens without additional installation by customers already using Douzone’s ONE AI platform. It supports tasks such as responding to year-end tax settlement-related legal inquiries and drafting tax advisory opinions.

The company said it applied a knowledge graph navigation technology called “NOVA (Node Oriented Vast Agents),” which enables an in-depth understanding of the complex structure of tax laws. A paper on the technology recently won the top paper award from the Korean Society of AI Service.

Douzone plans to gradually expand the service’s scope in line with major tax filing schedules throughout the year, including corporate tax filings in March, comprehensive income tax filings in May, and value-added tax filings in July.
