이 회사는 1월 5~7일 경기 고양 킨텍스에서 열리는 ‘2025 스마트건설·안전·AI 엑스포’에 참가해 최신 AI 기반 안전관리 기술을 선보인다고 29일 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 국토교통부가 주최하고 국가철도공단이 총괄 주관하며, ‘AI와 함께하는 스마트건설: 더 안전한 미래’를 주제로 열린다.

미소정보기술은 이번 전시에서 두 가지 AI 솔루션을 중점 소개한다.

첫째, ‘세이프위 2.0’은 건설과 제조현장에서 발생한 추락·끼임 등 사고 데이터와 장비 운용 정보, 작업문서 등을 AI가 분석해 실시간 위험도를 평가한다. 향후 작업자 생체신호(PHR)와 다국어 번역 기능까지 연계해 외국인 근로자 안전까지 강화할 계획이다.

둘째, ‘에스티콘(Esticon)’은 AI가 자재 코드 표준화 기반으로 견적 내역과 단가를 자동 산정하는 건설공사 견적 솔루션으로, 중소 건설사의 경쟁력 향상을 목표로 한다.

두 솔루션 모두 미소정보기술의 ‘스마트TA(SmartTA)’ 기술을 바탕으로 하며, 문서·이미지·표·그래프 등 비정형 데이터를 정형화해 실시간 데이터 분석을 지원한다.

Miso Information Technology unveils “SafeWe 2.0” AI solution for industrial accident prevention

As President Lee Jae-myung calls for stronger measures against recurring workplace fatalities, Miso Information Technology (CEO Sang-do Nam), a multimodal data platform specialist, announced that it will showcase its latest AI-powered safety solutions at the 2025 Smart Construction, Safety & AI Expo, held November 5–7 at KINTEX in Goyang.

Hosted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and organized by the Korea National Railway, this year’s event highlights “Smart Construction with AI: A Safer Future,” featuring technologies that integrate AI, big data, robotics, and digital twins.

Miso Information Technology will introduce two flagship AI solutions.

SafeWe 2.0, designed for construction and manufacturing sites, analyzes both structured and unstructured data—from work documents to crane, forklift, and excavator operation logs—to assess real-time risks and improve safety transparency. Future versions will incorporate worker biometric (PHR) data and multilingual translation to enhance protection for foreign workers.

Esticon, an AI-based cost estimation platform, standardizes construction material codes such as rebar, concrete, insulation, and wiring, allowing AI agents to compare historical contract prices and calculate consistent, transparent estimates—helping both large contractors and SMEs strengthen competitiveness.

Both solutions leverage the company’s SmartTA (Smart Text Attribute) technology, which converts unstructured documents, tables, and images into structured data for precise, real-time analytics.

“SafeWe is evolving beyond accident prevention into an AI-driven predictive safety platform that represents the future of industrial safety innovation,” said Nam.

Miso Information Technology has been selected for the Emerging AI+X Top 100 for four consecutive years and holds certifications including Excellent Company R&D Center (MSIT), Medical Device GMP, CSAP, and AI Factory Certification, along with more than 100 patents.
