남상도 대표는 “공공기관 AX 전환의 출발점은 신뢰할 수 있는 데이터 품질 확보에 있다”며 “공공 데이터 품질관리 혁신과 데이터 기반 공공서비스 고도화에 기여하겠다”고 말했다.

스마트MDQ는 데이터 오류를 자동으로 탐지하고 정합성·완전성·정확성을 검증해 AI·분석용 데이터의 신뢰성을 확보하는 범용 데이터 품질 관리 솔루션이다.

의료·제조 환경의 생산·설비·품질 데이터와 공공기관 행정·운영 데이터를 AI 활용이 가능한 수준으로 정제·관리하는 데 활용된다.

규칙 기반(Rule-based) 검증과 AI 기반 품질 진단 기술을 결합해 기존 수작업 중심 데이터 점검 방식을 자동화·지능화한 것이 특징이다.

이번 혁신제품 지정으로 스마트MDQ는 최대 6년간 공공기관이 수의계약 방식으로 도입할 수 있게 됐다.

공공의료, 제조, 건설 등 다양한 분야에서 공공데이터 활용 확대와 데이터 기반 실증·확산이 가능해질 것으로 기대된다.

스마트MDQ는 조달청 공공혁신 조달 플랫폼 ‘혁신장터’를 통해 도입할 수 있다.

혁신제품을 선구매해 수요기관에 제공하는 시범구매 제도를 통해 실제 구매 연계형 실증도 가능하다.

미소정보기술은 스마트MDQ를 기반으로 AI 팩토리 구축 사업, 제조 AX(인공지능 전환), 공공기관 데이터 거버넌스 강화를 지원할 계획이다.

Miso Information Technology’s data quality solution designated as government innovation product

SEOUL, Jan. 19 — Miso Information Technology said Monday that its data quality diagnostics solution, Smart MDQ, has been designated as an innovation product by the Ministry of Science and ICT.

Smart MDQ is a general-purpose data quality management solution that automatically detects data errors and verifies consistency, completeness and accuracy to ensure data reliability for AI and analytics use.

The solution is designed to refine and manage production, equipment and quality data in medical and manufacturing environments, as well as administrative and operational data from public institutions.

It combines rule-based validation with AI-based quality diagnostics, replacing manual data inspection processes with automated and intelligent quality management.

Following the designation, Smart MDQ can be procured by public institutions through negotiated contracts for up to six years.

The company said the designation is expected to accelerate data-driven pilot projects and wider adoption across public healthcare, manufacturing and construction sectors.

Smart MDQ is available through the Public Procurement Service’s innovation procurement platform, allowing demand-linked pilot purchases.

Miso Information Technology plans to expand the use of Smart MDQ in AI factory projects, manufacturing AI transformation initiatives and public-sector data governance.

Chief Executive Nam Sang-do said securing reliable data quality is the starting point for AI transformation in the public sector.

He added that the company aims to contribute to improving public data quality management and advancing data-driven public services.
