Apple Inc. has filed a trademark application for an iWatch both in English and Korean version in Korea through a local lawfirm, Kim & Chang. The trademark application was registered in the Korean Intellectual Property Office on June 3 and a paper of preferential right for "iWatch" is being registered now(2013 July 2) after one revision

Acoording to a representative in Apple Korea, "I have no idea about the project of the legal department."

Apple already has registered "iWatch" in Japan prior to this and is filing the trademark application in Taiwan.
